Built for working dogs and the people who actually use their gear.

Why we built it this way

The Pro Line is the collar we make for hunters, handlers, and anyone whose dog earns its dinner. Full-grain American leather, solid-brass D-ring welded closed, and saddle-stitched ends that won't blow apart when your dog hits the end of a check cord. Sized from a 9-inch puppy neck up to a 25-inch Newfie — and the leather width scales with the size, so a Beagle isn't carrying a strap meant for a Saint Bernard.

The hardware

Solid brass D-ring, welded closed and tumbled smooth. Brass doesn't rust, doesn't freeze in winter, and develops a patina that looks better with age. Roller buckle with a heavy brass tongue — the kind your grandfather's tack room had. No stamped steel, no plated junk.

What's in it

Full-grain American leather, vegetable-tanned

Solid-brass roller buckle and welded D-ring

Saddle-stitched ends with waxed thread

Width scales with size: 5/8" (XS-S), 3/4" (M), 1" (L), 1 1/4" (XL), 1 3/8" (XXL)

Made in Denver, Colorado by the same small team since 1995

Sizing

XS: 5/8" wide, 9-12" neck

S: 5/8" wide, 12-15" neck

M: 3/4" wide, 13-17" neck

L: 1" wide, 14-19" neck

XL: 1 1/4" wide, 17-23" neck

XXL: 1 3/8" wide, 19-25" neck

Measure your dog's neck snug, then add 1-2 inches. When in doubt, size up — the buckle has multiple holes for fine-tuning.

How it ages

Full-grain leather darkens and softens with wear. After a season in the field, the collar starts to look like it belongs to your dog. Cheap leather goes the other way: stiff, then cracked, then trash. Ours doesn't.

Care

Wipe with a damp cloth after wet hunts. Condition with leather balm every 3-6 months — more often if you work the dog hard. Don't soak it; don't run it through the washer.

Backed by our 1-year guarantee — if it fails under normal use within a year, we make it right. No fine print.
