Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping over $50

Orders of $50 or more shipping to a U.S. address ship free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so no code is needed, and it can be combined with other discount codes.

Orders under $50 and international orders

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where your order is going and the service you choose. In the U.S. we ship with USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express). International orders ship with USPS, UPS or DHL Express.

Tracking

Our collars, leashes and harnesses ship from our Colorado workshop. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

International customs and duties

For orders shipping outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, port handling fees and other customs charges. These aren't included in our prices or shipping charges, and we can't refund them. Please check your local rates before ordering.
